Verena at the Glen to Celebrate Name Change of Community
“Showcase of Homes” Welcomes Public on November 16th
To mark the changing of the name of Cadence at the Glen to Verena at the Glen, the independent living rental retirement community in Glen Allen, Virginia, is hosting an open to the public celebration on November 16th. The Showcase of Homes will feature cuisine from the culinary team, refreshments and live jazz, along with tours of the community. The public will also have the opportunity to meet residents and staff.
Verena at the Glen is owned by an affiliate of Chicago-based Green Courte Partners, LLC. Formed in July 2002 by Randy Rowe, Green Courte and its real estate private equity funds focus on investments in niche real estate asset classes. With the name change to Verena (Latin for true) the community is bringing a refreshed wellness philosophy, along with enhanced dining, fitness programs, services and activities.
“We are very excited hosting our Showcase of Homes event to welcome people to the community and enjoy the new vibrancy,” said Aaron D’Costa, COO of Senior Housing for Green Courte. “In Verena we are restoring the name Virginians came to love.”
The Showcase of Homes at Verena at the Glen will be held from 3 to 5 pm, Thursday, November 16th, at 10286 Brook Road, Glen Allen, VA 23509. Please RSVP to 804.261.1100 or at VerenaAtTheGlen.com/RSVP.
